THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 This agreement is an offer and regulates the conditions for the provision of educational services within the framework of the online ACNE EXPERT program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program").
1.2 The program provides training for cosmetologists and aestheticians in the treatment of acne and related conditions under the guidance of "Khonna beauty" LLP.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1 The materials and teaching methods of the Program are protected by copyright. Distribution, transfer to third parties and other use are prohibited without the written consent of the copyright holder.
2.2 Students are required to independently study the materials provided, videos, and complete assignments according to the Program. They are responsible for their learning and the quality of their acquired knowledge.
2.3 The Curator undertakes to provide answers to the questions of the participants during the entire training period.
RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
3.1 The teacher ("Khonna beauty" LLP) has the right:
3.1.1 Terminate the provision of services if the Student violates the terms of the agreement or interferes with other participants by his behavior.
3.1.2 Restrict access to the Program materials in case of violation by Students of the terms of paragraph 2.1, or in case of refusal of the next payment by internal installments.
3.2 Students have the right to access the educational materials of the Program and the online platform during the entire
course and for 1 month after its completion.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
4.1 The teacher is not responsible for the use of the acquired knowledge by Students outside the framework of the educational process.
4.2 Students are fully responsible for the application of knowledge and information in their professional activities in compliance with the law.
ADDITIONAL POINTS FOR THE "Curator Support" TARIFF
5.1 The student undertakes to complete all homework assignments on time.
5.2 Observe the deadline for completing homework.
5.3 The student can participate in the calls that will be held during the training program on certain dates.
5.4 Calls are organized to discuss the material, explain questions and analyze cases.
5.5 Participation in phone calls is recommended for better assimilation of the material. Calls are not postponed, are not repeated, and are not held separately for missed participants.
5.6 The general chat on the WhatsApp platform is designed to discuss educational issues and cases.
5.7 Homework assignments are sent to the curator in private messages on WhatsApp.
5.8 Questions about cases and materials should be sent to the general chat.
FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1 The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of payment for the Program.
6.2 Amendments to the agreement shall be made in writing and signed by representatives of the parties.
6.3 Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.
6.4 The Agreement is governed by Republic of Kazakhstan law.
6.5 In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the parties may apply legal measures provided for by Republic of Kazakhstan law.
APPENDIX 1
The "Self-study" tariff
provides full access to 10 modules of the Program
Certificate of completion after successful completion of the test.
The opportunity to order ACNE EXPERT products for the treatment of 3 clients.
Participation in the chat of experts in the successful treatment of clients.
Access to the materials is maintained for 1 month after the end of the Program
APPENDIX 2
The "Curator's support" tariff
Full access to all Program materials, including video tutorials, presentations and additional materials.
Printed materials for customer support.
8 online meetings with the curator.
Support in the general chat and the alumni expert chat.
Certificate of completion of the Program.
